But really, this was a good midweek litmus test to bring this team back down to earth. They might not be AS good as we thought, but they're certainly not as bad as they're playing tonight. Get these types of dud games out of the way before conference play starts.

This is like State vs Long Beach. Tech is worthy of their ranking (if not higher) and this is absolutely a defensive anomaly for LSU. We get to come back down to earth from the 51 run weekend, faced some early season adversity, win every game with the error minimum until we get the next, last and biggest pre-SEC game against the Horns in H-town.
