That’s what ticked me off. Even when TT started getting sloppy, we didn’t make a run. Instead we missed five or six threes and a couple of layups. Argh.

PK isn’t a basketball fan, he hated basketball and bball fans when Wade was here. He hated Wade most because according to him Wade stole loyalty owed to Orgeron. Now he pulls for McMahon because the actual basketball fans know McMahon isn’t good and he hates us.

Here’s my issue with McMahon and why I hate any excuse that includes “well, the other team just couldn’t miss”. Did McMahon try any other defensive strategy to get them out of rhythm? Did he switch defenses? Did he try a soft press to speed up their half court offense? No! He just kept playing man-to-man. Meanwhile, we’re getting killed on the boards on the offensive end. One shot and done. That’s what a well-coached team will do to you. Brick after brick. There’s no lid on the basket when you barely graze the rim on shots.
NIL might be increased, players might be more talented, but all that’s going to get you is a gutsy win over a shitty Boston College team on the road in overtime. It’s the same shite as the first 3 years. Wins over weak competition, but not even close to competitive when you play in conference and against teams with a pulse.

Would have benched him earlier in the first half. Not because he was cold from behind the line, but because he was playing lazy. Several times he missed shots and walked back up the court. Not surprising that nothing happened, playing soft, and lazy has been a calling card of McMahon‘s Teams since he got here.

I seriously don’t remember TPK in any LSU MBB game threads when we were having sustained success under Wade. Now that we’ve seen 14-40 SEC under CoachMc, he won’t shut up about how much he supports basketball.
He doesn’t understand that not everyone is a moron and knows his bullshite.
