No excuses tonight. State has played better ball than us tonight. We look like shite. One game doesn’t define anything in baseball but we need a kick in the arse.

This team, "at the plate" is soft.....why cant they be better hitters?
Hopefully they get hungry and start seeing the the ball better and be more aggressive.

Jay was sniffing his farts a little too much as an offensive guru by not bringing in more elite hitters in the portal.
Thought he could turn everyone besides White into good hitters.

Continued to let this kid get his fastball over for a first pitch strike and then wave at his breaking stuff. Hes spinning it but the approach has been garbage
