And Evans was great too.

What? I won’t disagree that he settled in, but that first inning was squarely on him.

It obviously sucks to lose, but so many of the people posting here are mentally soft and prisoners of the moment.

I know its easy to have recency bias, but i dont remember seeing a team give away this many free bases. Its insane.

I’ve never seen an LSU team swinging at so many balls.

Never seen a team (outside of LSU) so ripe for the taking to lose on their home field as Ole Miss was tonight and somehow we blow it. This team will be lucky to make a regional.

Dude I’m as much of a sunshine pumper as the next guy, re: baseball. But I know 2 straight subpar efforts when I see them. And not at a good time.

In February, we were worried about replacing 90% of the lineup next year

I’m still pissed about Pearsons AB & now I’m pissed at JJ for putting Clauss in a shitty situation

Tomorrow will be a better game

I beg to differ. They all strike fear in LSU fans when a ground ball is hit to the infield. Lol

I want to believe but this team just can’t play consistently good baseball for one full game, let alone one series, which they would have to do to advance in the post season. I think we go 13-17 or 12-18 in SEC play and don’t make a regional, which at least would put us out of our misery early and give more time to go portal shopping.

The "its beisbol" crowd is holding on for dear life

I watched a lot of mentally weak people tonight, and 5-7 weren't posting here on TD

Again, he did not make a defensive sub at 2nd. Dardar never left the game. He pinch ran for Pearson and brought in Clauss.

I mean, the point is the same - as bad as people complain the infield is, anytime one of the backups come in, they seem to do even worse (except at 1B).

I love me some LSU Baseball. But, that defense looked like a goose processing a bowl of Plum pudding.

^ here comes the friggin philosopher. I guess you don’t watch much baseball, eh? You’re clearly not considering anything other than the final score…we are indeed prisoners and the team has the keys. Let us talk our shite and go back to reading your self help books
