I appreciate that fact that you at least thought I might not be serious. In fact, I wasn’t. I understand midweek games have to be played and they should. I’m not saying it’s the end of the world if we lose a few...as they say ”it’s baseball”.
My point is they mean something. They absolutely do figure into rankings and for that reason they should be taken seriously.
Like I said it’s not the end of the world but it is disconcerting.
