Ruckert seems to panic with pressure. Overall he has defensive talent but the game has to slow down for him.

Did you watch after the throw? Pearson dropped the ball after picking it up. He had the next runner dead at 3rd too

Meh. He’s actually been a lot better at 2nd over the last month and a half than anyone else we’ve played there. He just made a dumb freshman mistake there.
Ideally he wouldn’t play until next year; but the upperclassmen haven’t been good enough.

Wasn’t even close on that ~75’ throw. Gotta make those plays down the stretch. Need to make some plays now on both sides!
