Yeah, Serna and Brown in this lineup with Milam, Braun, and Curiel hot would have been badass. Bide could have hit a mean 6th or 7th.

I will say not having to hold my breath when a ball was hit to SS has been very nice. Glad DC and Milam got one final AB there. Going to miss those 2

Thanks JML for tonight and all season. Thread crew it's been a tough season but some of you guys had me laughing my arse off....many of you continued my education of the game of baseball.

Yup, sucks that the season is over. As dysfunctional as this team was much of the time, I think anyone who's on this board at 11pm on a Wednesday can relate to lamenting the end of the season. It shall be an interesting off-season. Silver lining is Jay has a head start on it this year and I have a suspicion that he's going to maximize it.

I stopped watching after the third series swept. Although I have kept with the scores checking in on the rant, it was simply too hard to watch.

That is fair. Tough season, and it will be remembered as one of the worst not just in LSU history but for any defending national champion. Wild

The last two games gave me hope… they pitched they played a version of defense and they battled… no defense they sucked all year. I want that pitching approach every game going forward next year the walk a thon garbage is what caused this is my diagnosis
