When you have two quality QBs with diametrically different styles and strengths, it is time for a two QB system? Will keep opposing DCs up at night #GEAUX TIGAS

You mean like in 2011 when we had a national championship quality team, and played 2 different QB’s the entire year and got manhandled in the most important game of the year? No thanks.

Even if we wanted to do something like UF did last year, we don’t have a good enough athlete at backup QB to run it

What will keep them up at night is having a legitimate offense again. Be glad we have two competent quarterbacks competing for the job. Best player starts, that’s it.

i don't think its a good idea but this is silly

we played 2 QBs in 86/87 and had 2 of our best years between PD and Saban

We didn’t really have a two-quarterback system in 2011. We played Lee while Jefferson was suspended. They both played a little bit in the same game for a bit, then Les went with Jefferson.

Les never attempted to actually get the most from a 2-QB system.

Both qb’s will play this year.

It’s just a matter or when and how often

I am sure O has been on the Rant and noted this in his binder. Some of the minds here are pure genius. However, I believe you stopped short and should have carried this further.

Nuss is said to have even a different style and strength so why not three. One a first down specialist, a second down and a third down. They will not get tired and they will confuse the heck out of the other team. Go big or go home.

If LSU employs a 2 QB system to pacify the people who feel LSU owes Myles something, then screw it, I'm boycotting watching LSU this season.

Give me a freaking break. A two QB systems never works worth a shite, which is why only ignoramuses employ a two quarterback system.

Nonetheless, Myles isn't going to transfer until after the season is over, in any event. Why? Because it is already too late for him to transfer somewhere else, learn a new offense, and then gel with his new receivers and at the same time, be proficient enough to impress the NFL scouts.

Meanwhile, even if he does transfer, then don't let the door hit him on the arse. As the better QB, without regard to who may or may not transfer, should be the starter.

In any event, I bet Myles will remain the backup and collect NIL until the season ends. Then he'll hit the transfer portal and probably end up transferring to Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss. As Matt Corral is heading to the NFL after this season.

You definitely don't need 2 QB's to do that.

Let's not make this more complicated than it has to be. For once. Please?
