Be careful, I said this two weeks ago and everyone downvoted it into oblivion and said I was an idiot for saying the Bengals will ruin him and that he needs to find a way out of there.
That’s because you are saying he should demand a trade after he willingly signed a contract to play for them. If he didn’t want to play for the bengals, he didn’t have to. It was a dumbass post.

What a terrible decision to play for a long long Fg. Have to try and move closer. Time wasn’t an issue. Cost them the game.

There are countless instances of players signing contracts and then later deciding that circumstances have changed and demanding a trade before they have fulfilled all the years of the contract they signed. Looks like you’re the dumbass once again.
You honestly don’t think any other team would be interested in taking on Burrow’s contract if he forced a trade? Many teams would be ready and willing.

Zach Taylor should be fired this week! I knew when he went with pussy playcalling after the fumble………that the FG would be missed and it would set the Ravens up.
He let Lamar off the hook for that awful fumble

That didn't make any sense. I never understand how a team goes away from what's worked all game and plays prevent defense, or plays for the field goal. This is a back breaking loss for the Bengals, I don't see how they recover from this.

Zac Taylor is a horrible coach
They just got the ball in O/T right around mid field and decided to just kick it. A 53 yarder with 5 min on the clock and they choose to just kick it.
Ya, I’d agree. Horrible coach.

Absolute horrible play calling in OT by Taylor - chickenshit play calling. Burrow torched them the whole game and you don't trust him in OT to get a closer FG attempt? Idiot! I doubt Taylor survives this season. And he shouldn't.

Yep Zac Taylor has always been a terrible coach but now that they lost Mixon and some of their receiving talent it’s very obvious.

What has changed between last September and now that would warrant demanding a trade?

No… did I say that? Why would the Bengals want to trade their franchise quarterback?

I’m talking about a hypothetical scenario where Burrow forces the trade by refusing to play.
They don’t want to lose Burrow of course, but they might have to if he refuses to play for them. They don’t want to have him on the roster and have his contract but not be able to have him on the field. That’s a nightmare scenario.

Their coach is an imbecile.

Burrow to Chase is still a thing of beauty though
Posted on 10/8/24 at 7:37 am to SportsGuyNOLA
Might be a little harsh, but they are not capitalizing on his young career for sure.

Home state boy wanting to play for the home state team!

That’s not exactly true. The team can franchise tag him and there’s not much he can do plus have less long term security and still be in Cincinnati.
For those saying they will “ruin” him define “ruin”. He is playing great and while at 1-4 it seems only they make the playoffs this year doesn’t mean they won’t next year. Worst case he’s the new Dan Marino great career but little to no team success. Maybe down the road he gets traded like Stafford or they did make 1 SB and did have several playoff years with Dalton so who knows

Higgins is always hurt and he won’t be there after this season. He might even be moved at the trade deadline this year if they keep losing.

He’s missed 4 or so games last year and played this week. Burrow is not lacking weapons. The defense is God awful that’s their biggest problem this year
