Very early, and I MEAN EARLY at the 2018 Alabama game the environment was electric.....and LOUD...

Nick Saban is a freaking wizard. It’s like the louder the stadium, the better his team plays.

Unless it’s Jordan-Hare.

Jeff Fisher was a DB on that USC team in 1979. Had an INT in the LSU game. Was head coach of the TN Titans for many years here. My Dad ran into him several years back and asked him if he remembered the LSU game. His exact words : " I sure do, I'll never forget it ". Neither will anyone who was there.

From start to finish, 1979 vs USC!

If you weren't there in person, don't comment......

My ears are still ringing from the eruption after the Landry TD in the 12 Bama game. I’ve never felt TS pound that hard and that loud for an entire game. It was surreal and I sure wish we held on the final drive.

2007 UF Is a second for me. I was not at 03 UGA.

As said a few times before, 2008 Alabama was the loudest moment I’ve experienced. I was on the ramp walking down from the upper deck and stopped to watch the kick “just in case.” We blocked it and the stadium shook from under me. I hit my knees to keep my center of gravity. What an awesome feeling

know it's not one of our most hated rivals or often in these "loudest ever" lists, but that SoCarolina game where they were ranked #2 coming in (??yr-LM era) deserves mention, if only for providing my all-time favorite quote from an opposing player about playing in Tiger Stadium":

The Scar QB said after the game that "it was so loud out on the field that I couldn't see the signals from the sideline because my eyeballs were vibrating."

That was 2012. LSU had already lost to Florida that year so we had to win that game to have any hope of winning the natty or SEC with how good bama was. Plus we all heard how good clowney was and Collins absolutely owned him.

That game was insane. It was so damn loud. I can honestly think it’s the first time I’ve had a massive headache solely from how loud I was screaming and everyone around me was doing the exact damn same.

That game is forgotten because it wasn’t a blue blood, not a traditional rival, and because a few weeks later the single greatest atmosphere I’ve ever been a part of happened (2012 bama game).

Nothing will beat this because both LSU and UF fans were cheering

They didn't have the USC Stanford game on the ticker scroll during the game.

The iPhone had just come out but wasn't something everyone had. Service was always bad during games as well so very few people had any idea that the game was close.

First time my ears actually hurt at a game. It didn't start off loud but when TM7 returned that punt for a TD, it was on then.

By far the 1979 So Cal game. The refs won the game for Cal. Ask Steve about that.

First half of 2016 Bama was pretty loud until mid way through the third when it was realized we could play 6 quarters and still not score

Been going to games since 68 and the loudest moment was the end of the Ole Miss game in 72. USC 79 and UF when they were no 1 were probably the loudest games.

The 2012 bama game when jarvis landry caught that td pass in the south end zone was the loudest single roar I've heard personally. That entire game was loud as frick but that moment was the loudest of that entire game. Also right when the third quarter ended after the catch and run by our fb jc copeland was loud as hell too. Awesome environment. That's also the game where svp was in attendance and said that game and environment was the best that he's ever witnessed in all of sports period in his lifetime.
