LSU lost to Miami when my brother played the year they won the SEC championship, beat Bama etc. At Tiger Stadium, at night, for homecoming.
Miami of Ohio. Saban got beat by northeastern Louisiana, USM regularly beat Ole Miss, Miss State, LSU and Bama With bear Bryant. You can lose almost any game

What’s worse is that had we beat state we would have tied for first in the west and depending on ranking would have won the West. Not sure of the tie breaker but auburn Alabama and us would have all been 1-1 vs each other.

2011. lsu wasnt a threat to bama this year. with one minute to go in the 1st quarter we never got closer than down 10 points.
in fact, we were (1) 58 yard run from scoring 3 points total in the last 2 games against bama.
we have led against bama for a single second the last 2 games.

Obviously not nearly the black eye the coach O haters who viewed that loss as a Godsend try to claim it is.
The truth is an 11 win Troy team would beat several SEC teams. Not to mention that several key players on both offense and defense sat out that game and also at that time Arden Key was still a mere shell of his former self.

In other words, the stars aligned for them. Now, at full strength, no way even as good as they are now, will they beat this LSU team.

Nonetheless, Troy is a far better team than you negatiger coach O haters are willing to admit. Plus, LSU was not nearly at full strength when it played that game.
In other words, it wasn't coach O's fault for losing that game as you negatiger O haters alleged. As Troy is a damn strong football team and several key LSU players on both offense and defense were unable to play in that game. Not to mention, that Key was a mere shell of his former self.
Hence, you negatiger O haters just got knocked down a few more rungs lower on the ladder.
Anyway, man, your misery that Coach O is the LSU head coach and is doing a damn strong job brings me great joy and happiness. Keep it up man, I love it!

Troy is 10-2 and one of those losses was to South Alabama in which Troy only scored 8 points
