That was their selling point to Arik to get him there in the first place. Said he could play WR and line up all the time like he was in high school.
In fall practice he was way down their depth chart at WR. He was never a WR at this level, he's a TE.

Lester used to piss me off but he's grown on me. I picture him as an old geezer sitting on his porch in a wooden chair with his grandchild's ipad just firing off roasts to everyone

Not sure he actually used up his transfer. If he did not exceed the max number of practices at UGA allowed by rule and withdrew from school the he could rescind his transfer. This is how Trey Bradford came back.
