I think you're exactly right. Tate amd Woody would have Kiffin and Wade suspended for the whole season. Rousseau and Verge say FU.

I think they know that there would be legal and financial ramifications to kick LSU out, so they're either trying to get some sort of superceding ruling (i don't even know if that's possible) that would give them an out, or they're jist peacocking.

If they kick us out of the league, remember, they are thinking of not allowing intra conference transfers.

Imagine all the Texas/mississippi/GA/Fla talent wanting tk transfer tO LSU.

For the love of all that is holy please make discovery of every internal document with “LSU” in it for the past three years.

And if there is any controversial call that hurts LSU (in Baton Rouge) I would love to see Murrill hit the SEC with a little RICO suit

Would love for us to countersue, and if what Lane said is true about what the line Ref told him as to why he didn't blow the whistle on the KY goal line push play dead, then depose that ref. and get him to name those that applied pressure on him to not stop the play.

Would be game, set, match if he named Sankey being behind it.

I don’t believe for a second those refs didn’t see that was an obvious false start.

deformation suit

Sankey is not a particularly handsome guy, but I'm not sure I'd call him deformed

Sankey seems to have tried to enter his bag of tricks from his former compliance roles.

We’re about 10 years late but it’s time to go independent. The officials/SEC are going to end up costing us tens of millions of dollars.

If this lawsuit isn’t dismissed at the pleadings stage, I hope that LSU subpoenas Sankey’s phone records before and during the Kentucky game.

I wish she would have put some legal terminology in there about the SEC and Sankey getting close to having Slander, Libel, and Defamation suits being filed.

I am actually ready for LSU to leave. The Damage this gives to the league in enormous. No Bama/LSU game and the ratings. That one game alone will do heavy damage to the league.

When LSU is gone, look for Florida to start looking and maybe even A&M.

Texas themselves have no major connection to the SEC and might want to sneak out before the house falls.

ESPN will absolutely renegotiate and the current remaining big teams of Bama. GA and Texas will begin to bully the other teams for what they want.

LSU could go to any other conference in a second or go Independent.

SEC has grown too big to have an asshat like Sankey in charge and the boat is starting to take on water.

Oh and Bama, they will learn to love the regular team treatment like getting screws by a PI "miss call".

They could hang around in a conference where they beat everyone but GA for the next decade and their next big game will be Auburn followed by MO (if they don't bail after LSU is gone."

Alabama “stared down the barrel of a gun”.
TENNESEE handed bags of McDonald cash.
Florida had murderers on their team.
Cam newton had an ngoing investigation.
LSU was gong to roster 2 guys same way that three other sec schools did……

And that is what made them want a vote to see if lsu could remain in conference? Thst just doesn’t add up.

Its more about bringing back Will Wade and Ole Miss being baby back bitches when they lost Kiffin.

LSU should suspend them for 3 minutes of the next game to prove a point.

SEC sues LSU because LSU had a ruling against the NCAA that says these players could play. All the conferences immediately pass rules about pros not being able to play in their conference. This was counter to the ruling or TRO against the NCAA.

So naturally LSU sues the SEC on the basis of the NCAA ruling, to allow players to play.
I think LSU was the only school to sue their conference concerning the 5 for 5 TRO ruling against NCAA.
Sankey is trying to make a hard stand and show the other schools that they better not sue the conference over a conference rule.
It's BS and it is pissing contest at this point.
