Did Bediako or the minicamp guys on rosters get brought up at all with Sankey?

I saw what he said about going to camps loses you the opportunity to come back to college, but Clayton didn't counter with the minicamp thing or Bediako getting $500k and playing 3 years in the G-League?

no softball player has ever gotten any NIL. I find that hard to believe.

Maybe no nil available for her

Then her coach should probably be trying to find it if she's interested in winning.

Not sure that’s true, but if true, is a good basis to seek partial dismissal based on no standing

The SEC literally put "...a corporation based in Birmingham Alabama" in the heading of their lawsuit.....

BUT, if you ask ANY of the AI's wether or not the SEC is a corporation, the answer is, "No they are not. They are a 501c3 non-profit organization."

AG made the same point after flat saying that their case was garbage.

Another interesting section in CBA LOL

i don’t think any of the players involved were drafted, so that part isn’t really relevant to these guys.

Not to be nitpicky, but it actually says:

The Southeastern Conference
An Alabama unincorporated association

Either way, it's stupid.

Makes him more credible in my mind. He’s able to read the information in front of him and change his opinions.

Bediako was brought up. Sankey said he followed court procedures to remove bediakos eligibility because he did not agree with it from the beginning.

No particular football athlete was brought up. Sankey did say he does not consider mini camp participation to be professional but he does consider training camp participation as making a football player a professional.

Non-profit is a joke. Clearly for-profit.
