I don't either and I'll tell you why:
Krags was focused on Dameyune Craig. From his point of view, Cole came out of nowhere. As he wasn't focusing on Cole, he probably paid him no mind until he contacted him in the chest. At which point, Krags didn't know if it was a punch, shove, whatever. Looked like a strong shove to me though clearly not enough to throw Krags to the ground.
At that point, notice Cole doesn't back away. We can't hear what's being said by either side. We have no idea what awful things either side is yelling. We do see Krags has his arms behind his back and is clearly not engaging with his hands.
Faulk probably threw the first punch in reaction to the shove. Didn't look like Cole at any point backed off after the shove. Notice Dameyune quietly kept on walking after Cole broke off to shove Krags.

Certainly not enough to put someone on the ground
But I have no idea what it’s like to have Parkinson’s or whatever device Krags has in his body.
Any sort of surprise knock whether it be a punch or shove could possibly cause that to someone in his condition I would assume.

For all the shite Faulk is getting, where exactly does he throw a punch? He takes 2 to the face, yet I never see him throwing a punch.

That is beautiful. Good for Battle. He wasn’t involved until that little shite was right in his and Faulk’s face. That is a a grown man defending himself from another grown man.
