Does everyone notice that the video of him getting "pushed" in the chest is slowed down a bit. Normal speed, that's a different contact... Enough to do damage to the pacemaker tissue pocket, let alone, pacer itself.

Loss is now worth the punch Battle was able to give to Lil Fisher

That’s what I thought, some people are acting like he sucker punched the Fisher kid, but so far that’s not true. It may come out that he did, but there is no proof of it so far. All this because Craig wanted to be a douche is so dumb.

Also looks like Krags reacted to the shove by walking backwards so as to keep his balance.

We can't hear anything that's being said. For all we know, Krags and Fisher called each other cocksuckers.

But from the moment Fisher broke off from Dameyune to shove Krags Cole didn't back down. He saw the angry LSU folks coming to back up Krags and threw at least two punches in Faulk's direction. We can't see who threw the first punch and can't hear what was said.

Absolutely, the first thing I thought was “why is this in slow motion”. I would like to see it at fill speed.

Watch fishers wrist when he connects with Faulk, no way he didn’t break it there. Looked like rubber

He takes 2 to the face, yet I never see him throwing a punch.

One of the Advocate photos shows Faulk landing his fist right under Cole's chin.

I’m not going to interpret heat of the moment pictures. If Faulk threw any punches, it’ll come out on video.

worth pointing out White was ejected and lost a half of a game against an SEC foe for a shove.

Jimbo's pampered lil nephew doesn't get a pass. Not when he went to LSU's side of the field, for any reason, and ends up in MULTIPLE altercations. No one goes towards somebody and gets in multiple altercations can claim they only had the best intentions.

I say put battle and him in a cell in Kilgore and let them settle it the way it should be settled.

If you ever learn anything, you learn to protect your own...as they would do for you. I'd rather have a team member who's all in for his teammates(i.e. Leonard Fournette yesterday) than a person on my team that's all "me" me!

One of the first things I learned in the Corps.

I don't either and I'll tell you why: Krags was focused on Dameyune Craig. From his point of view, Cole came out of nowhere. As he wasn't focusing on Cole, he probably paid him no mind until he contacted him in the chest. At which point, Krags didn't know if it was a punch, shove, whatever. Looked like a strong shove to me though clearly not enough to throw Krags to the ground. At that point, notice Cole doesn't back away. We can't hear what's being said by either side. We have no idea what awful things either side is yelling. We do see Krags has his arms behind his back and is clearly not engaging with his hands. Faulk probably threw the first punch in reaction to the shove. Didn't look like Cole at any point backed off after the shove. Notice Dameyune quietly kept on walking after Cole broke off to shove Krags.

I concur with every word of this. Not sure what set off fisher, as it looked like he was doing the right thing getting Craig out of there, but from the point of the shove on, he was looking for trouble

Can’t really tell by that pic. I’m not saying he did or didn’t, just haven’t seen proof.

Somehow the Advocate captured a photo of Faulk's fist on Cole's chin.

Probably magic.

Everything is fake news these days.

I’m not saying anything about fake news

I’m saying in the midst of a wild situation where arms are flailing, simply extending your arms can look like a punch in picture form

It does look like a punch, but if he did hit this guy, it will come out on video.

Yeah, the Saint Peacemaker narrative of Cole Fisher doesn't square with his actions from the shove onwards. Also the video of him afterwards telling Uncle Jimbo what transpired (complete with miming a punch) followed by (per the Dallas Morning News) Jimbo having to restrain Cole from going back on the field.

I also love that Jimbo told the media he knew nothing when clearly Cole told him a whole lotta something. "Uncle Jim-Bob, I whooped Kevin Faulk's arse!" Jimbo's reaction was pretty funny. He stopped, looked back at Cole and said "What happened?" as his eyes scanned back towards the field to see just what in hell was going on.
