Everybody will be unhappy with 8-4.
But only a few will have to deal with weighing the pain of 8-4 against the pain of writing checks for $51 million .And that $51 million will just be a starter compared to the expense of new coach, buying out contracts of former staff, hiring new staff, and starting all over with NIL investments when players start to leave....

BK was a Low Ceiling/ High Floor type higher for 10yrs at 10mil per...You'll get 8-10 wins the next 6 yrs and like it!

What a dumb take. Nuss may have accounted for a total of 1 loss this year. The rest is on the defense. His pros outweigh his cons. There would have been no one better to bring in that would have changed the L column because it was still poor defense that lost several of those games. He also shouldn't be held responsible for a poor Oline, bad drops, and an injured RB room.

Depends on what leads to that.
It'd have to be pretty bad for people to get riled up enough to fork over $50 million plus the cost of a new staff, etc, especially going into profit sharing and NIL.
I think BK would retire with some type of settlement, before actually getting fired though.

Flat out i think this is your answer, if he goes 8-4 or worse, he will be chased out of here, huge buyout or not.
Means the importance of winning game 1 @ Clemson next year is absolutely huge for him, and that will not be an easy one.

Literally the STUPIDEST thing you could've said. Nussmeier is the 2nd ranked qb in the conference. He was 2nd in passing yds and tied for 1st in TDs...only stat he couldve improved on was the ints.
