Les, just hire the best OC in the country so we can all love you unconditionally.

More proof that Les is the best inspirational coach in CFB.
Les = Daddy Dale (without the infractions)?

Well sure......This is not a knock on Les.
It seems like he is a great Recruiter and motivator who relies on his position coaches and coordinators to a great degree. Many parallels to Dale Brown. I think Les is better at managing the program (ie. he does not antagonize the SEC/NCAA).

Oh yeah, I wasn't trying to knock on ya.
I agree, in that aspect, Les is very much like Dale.

There's a picture of him with CLM talking to him after that play, and his message is:
#EPIC "play your game...no one can stop you...not me, not the refs...you control you" encouragement

In the video it looks like he said "Watch... that was your choice to do that". i.e. he (Les) hadn't figured out yet that it was a bad call. Either way, it's good to see our coach actually coaching after a play rather than just losing his f'ing mind.
You really watched that video and didn't see Les go ape $h*t after seeing the replay? When Tyran came off, he was pointing to the screen to tell him basically he saw what happened.
