I saw something about this yesterday and I was surprised too.
I think they are basing it off of how many games the teams will be considered underdogs in. If you consider that then it makes a little more sense. Not defending it, but that was the best reasoning I could come up with.

I love hearing and finding new local music. I also think it's important to support good local music. So I'm just wondering if anyone has seen or heard any good local music lately and would like to share it here. It would be good to spread the word for these guys a little.
I saw these guys play last year in Dallas and they are releasing some new songs beginning next year. I know the guitar player and I thought they were a pretty good hard rock band. here is a link to a sampling of their new stuff. If you like it pass it on: LINK
