People asking for Petrino are out of their goddamn minds.
Guy is human garbage and a PR nightmare waiting to happen. Not to mention he left Arkansas' roster in terrible condition from terrible recruiting.
Kiffin is a proven failure as HC at multiple stops. We have no proof this guy can grow up and manage a program.

The Tom Herman/Meyer style of offense that incorporates power running with explosive perimeter plays needs to be the focus. Alleva needs to consider the talent that this state normally produces, with emphasis on outstanding skill players and dual threat qb's.
We don't need a multiple TE pro-style Wisconsin O and we don't need a wide open Oregon HUNH. We need a coach that understands how to utilize a Brandon Harris, because that is the norm. Tom Herman fits that mold.
And for the love of God hire an offensive coach.

Has anyone mentioned Chris Klieman? I'm sure someone here knows more about him than I do, but he has a pretty impressive resume, and might enjoy a warmer climate.

Herman or Fisher...target your guy, do the diligence on the other and get one or the other. Anything else is unacceptable, which leads me to believe it won't be either simply because it's too obvious

Not sure we can pry Herman away from UH. Tillman Fertita - owner of Golden Nugget, Landry's, Salt Grass, Cadillac Bar, Brenners, etc.... put up $20m for UH's B12 bid. He's easily able to outbid us for Herman if he wants to.
As an FYI - Fertita is worth $2.6B - that's a B as in billions.

Agree Mohican. We don't have to reinvent the wheel here, just have attention to detail and run the plays flawless if it's a 3 page playbook or a 103 pages coach them to run it to perfection. Some self discipline and awareness will go along way
