Nope. He's the governor of a state university. I want him defending LSU.

I'm being honest.

For whatever reason, Landry gets under the skin of the SEC people.

He kinda seems to be the lightning rod for those folks.

Those folks seem to be nuts. Let's not antagonize them.

Today, right now, it would behoove LSU for him to not talk.

He could say STTDB on Fox news for all I care.

Everyone should stick up for LSU after all this.

I agree with this for the time being.

Landry needs to shut up.

Rousse and Ausberry need to stay quite right now too but I do defer to Landry's legal opinion as former LA AG versus Sankey and 15 priviledged Academics who are probably an expert at nothing.

I think we’re entirely in the right, but until the SEC actually does something to LSU I don’t see what we gain from further rhetoric.

He is just being an opportunist and vying for public favor in LA at this point.

Fans can go off on message boards all day, but I’d prefer we let this die quietly unless the SEC provokes further.

It is amazing the stupidity of this fanbase. The SEC was simply testing if they could enforce their own rules since the NCAA can't enforce shite. The protect college sports act likely won't pass and the conferences are going to each have their own set of rules they enforce.

Let's not pretend that the SEC didn't invite Landry into the conversation.
You don't have to accept an invitation into the sewer.

Landry can do whatever he wants behind the scenes but he needs to stop his poor man’s Trump act when it comes to getting us into contests of brinkmanship with the SEC.

This is the kind of hubris that caused Texas to wreck two conferences. It’s time to put the knives away, not continue escalating.

Would love to be mad at Ross but Landry just keeps giving him stuff to tweet about. Will he just shut up?

When the subject of the LOIC is centered around the governor having too much power he should STFU until it passes.

The problem with all of this is that LSU is moving different these days. We’re not taking their bullshite lying down anymore.. and nobody likes it.

The adults are back in control of our institutions and the last thing we should be doing is cowering in the corner.

It’s us vs the world. It always has been, but some of y’all are just now seeing it. Time to let our nuts hang

LSU just got ran through the mud on the national stage by our conference we've been in for 93 years, for nothing.

And some of you pussies want LSU to shut up?

Weak shite

I didn’t like Landry at first
He isn’t even an LSU guy
But he moved swiftly and got rid of Tate, Brian Kelly, Scott Woodward and McMahon at the speed of light.
I am now putting his picture in my LSU room.
