If so, Old Mrs offense will be one dimensional, and against our defense rather pedestrian. Basically, Chambliss vs LSU stud defense. Methinks Baker will have things all figured out to shut him down,

Frazier didn't play badly.

Surprisingly, the offense looked better without him, Trinidad looked so much more relaxed and in control. Also their run game wasn’t good even when Kewan was playing; their offensive line is going to struggle and the scheme is vanilla.

While he was playing yesterday (got around 20 carries), Ole Miss running game looked nothing like last year.

he didn't look 100% so whether he was hurt or they're feeling the absence of Weis, Smith, Kiffin, etc, who knows yet

Seems like it was a leg bruise. I’m sure he’ll be fine.

Bone bruise might keep him out of the next game, but I'm sure he will be ready for the LSU game.

We really need to contain Chambliss. He's the one I'm worried about, especially his scrambling ability.

I think the broadcast said it was a bruised knee. It had to be somewhat serious if he couldnt go in the middle of a shootout.

Im sure they'll give him next weekend off to get him ready for Sept 19th.

Bigger question is their tackle that went down very ACL like. Not wishing anything on any kid but that would be bigger than Lacey being hurt.

And don’t they have a new running backs coach?

Didn’t think he looked the same after that pile fell on him real early in the game

With the way ole miss’s OL was in pass protection they better hope they have Lacy against LSU to be able to run the ball quite a bit. That LSU front and baker’s blitzes are going to murder their OL

I hope not. I never wish or relish a player’s injury.

That said, it’s still Kiffin’s run game, their OL is good and their other backs aren’t dogs.

I wouldn’t classify Frank as a running backs coach… he’s a dude that has that title but is there to recruit and honestly, he really isn’t even that good at that. Ole Miss hiring Frank as a “gotcha” moment is pretty hilarious considering how bad he is at coaching running backs and really doesn’t have the sway he once had in recruiting.

Their OL had trouble opening up holes consistently.

And that big tackle was not wearing any knee braces !! I thought all interior lineman wore knee braces these days.

yup. he is the key to the game for us.

he is not good at throwing against pressure. when he has time he will hurt you or when he breaks containment outside.

blitz him and disguise overages all day. force him to make throws and quick reads.

That's my point. Our RBs were shite under him and are at the bottom of our depth chart this year.

I see what you did there! Why yes they do. That's the beauty of it.
