This absolutely sucks. I've been stoked all week for this afternoon and this is what we get. Especially when it was sunny.

Weak dick move this afternoon delaying this game. By the time this starts they could've played 2 without a drop of rain

Two weekends in a row just brutal.

Rain said "frick it, it's time"

Rain has now hit Alex Box Stadium for the first time. Drizzle start at 8:08.

We should still play tonight if everyone wants to really play this game asap. Looks like it’ll be around 10 or so before the radar looks clear enough to go. There could still be some residual precipitation moving north of BR but we should be good after this little bit of weather passes.

So where is Kentucky hanging out during this delay? I’m sure it sux for them just as much for us.

I blame ESPN 100% for this

As they said in Bull Durham:
Some days you win
Some days you lose
Some days it rains
I guess they should have added some days people in charge push back games because they anticipate it might rain.

I think that the TBDs in the thread title are funny.

Right on time for TV.

This is really just a metaphor for the Nanny State Femininization that has captured all of our Institutions. It's all connected-the rise of feminine assumptions that risk must be avoided at all costs. We can't have a functioning country if we are beholden to the biggest pussies in our culture. Some guy in pajamas drinking a cup of tea made this decision. It's a travesty and it's MUCH more significant than a single game; its a weak mindset where any risk is deemed to be unacceptable.

The schools do not make the decision to delay the games....the NCAA does.....am I right?
They are delaying the start of a 3-4 hour game based on the POSSIBILITY of weather????
The USA has become the land of PUSSIES!

I should’ve known ESPN was deep in cahoots with Big Weather.

Fukn Florida is already in the CWS and we haven't played an inning yet in Super.
