WOW, you post this and the first thing you blame is the offense. What an inbred.

They will go for anything to criticize JD. It's hillarious.

Ole Miss started the 4th quarter basically in LSU's red zone.

Also, they're pumping their chest relying on a stat that had Ole Miss scoring 21 in a quarter, when the reality is the D lost the game. 21 points in a quarter is going to do that.

It was the LSU defense that gave up points on 3/4 of OM drives.

Offense is the only reason we had a shot.

Ole Miss fans would think the same about their defense and their offense if they had lost.

There are posts in this very thread blaming him ("the offense") for the loss

Anyone making an argument that Daniels in any way was responsible for the loss is so retarded, they should immediately be added to the LSU coaching staff.

I saw that one. So much denial there from those saying nobody was blaming JD. There were many blaming JD, while he was carrying rhe team on his back. I just wish we saw JD on the sidelines encouraging and trying to inspire players. I just don't think motivation is the problem. I think proper direction, correction, and leadership are the main items that are missing.

I’d say that’s very frustrating, but as an LSU fan I’ve grown pretty accustomed to only having it on one side of the ball.

Kelly is head coach but it's not HIM wasting it. The defense is not playing up to snuff and the coaching of defense is not doing right.

It was LSU’s defense that gave up 700 + yards of offense dumb dumb

Sometimes a champion QB has to put his team on his back to win a game. The great ones always do, this QB did not when the chips were down in the fourth quarter.

I mean, he hit Hilton in the hands in the last play. He can’t catch the ball for them.

Kelly told us this was a growing year. He said it since the start that year 3 was going to be the year we could compete for championships. Do we even have a starting DB that began his freshman year at LSU?

I like how the narrative has completely switched for idiotic people

We used to lose a game 16-13 when a team scores a late TD and idiots would blame Chavis and the defense

Why doesn’t burrow have 2 Super Bowl rings? Guess he isn’t a real winner that can put a team on his back anymore

We're almost assuredly going to be worse next year, bringing back less talent at QR, WR, DL, LB and the secondary (it seems implausible, but it's likely).

Which ones waiting in line have shown that they're ready to be starters on a title team in 10 months?

What have you seen from the defense that would point to a 180 turnaround next year?

JD saves the day, again.

His argument for #2 all time is getting so solidified it's nearly crystalized, at this point.

Simply an amazing player and he may leave LSU with the best 2-year stretch of QB play in LSU history.
