You are going to wake up a different person Monday morning. We have McNeese and ULL cornerbacks. And we have a brand new coaching staff. Even Saban sucked in his first two years.

If the oline turns out to be very good - great, Daniels is top 2-3 in the confetence and the LBs and secondary are both well above average, then yes.
That's way too many ifs for me, though. People should be expecting 8 wins, hopeful for nine and thrilled with 10. Give him 2 years to build and then in year 3, we can talk about playoffs.

Anything is possible. None of us saw what was coming in 2019. That being said bama imo will always be the test of how good our team is so long as Saban is there. You beat sabans team and you can consider yourself amongst the best of college football

Why do you do this to yourself? I’m 100% good with getting excited about the season, but undefeated in first year? You’re just setting yourself up for a let down. If we win 8 games we should be pretty happy. Anything better than that should make us ecstatic.

I don’t think we get blown out any this year at least. We should be in every game and while we will drop a few we could have won, I think we go lights out vs Bama at home this year and come out ahead.

The FSU game will go a long way in determining how far along Kelly has LSU at this point. If LSU loses a close game I wouldnt stress on it. Remember these players and coaches haven’t been tested as a unit yet. I would be more concerned if LSU ends up being outmatched and losing big, or has to come back from a major deficit. A blow-out win would mean LSU is already close to where it needs to be.
