Why didn't he report it or stay to offer assistance or provide a statement for the responding officers?

I truly believe that
a) he didn’t grasp the seriousness of the accident b) his car was not involved
And c) the accident happened several cars away from his so he wasn't at liberty to stay or give a statement. I want to see the toxicology of all individuals involved before I cast blame on anyone, then i will assess the facts of shiuld the sorento driver be charged with the murder that he ultimately caused!
