the dude is very low iq and emotional. Look at him....everyone is dogging him and he is doubling down. Sounds like another poster on here....a lot.

90% of the posters on this site have no idea what’s even before the court today. My IQ isn’t the issue.

Plaintiffs attorney literally just asked the judge to include them in the decision so we can potentially play them. He isnt doing that if LSU told him to leave them out.

“Judge interrupted and said if they voluntarily left and were ultimately cut they knew that this was a possibility of their actions”

They didn’t voluntarily leave. They had no option but to leave. They had no idea that NCAA would grant a 5th year option later.

I phrased it that way because it’s not my sisters kid, it belongs to the loser she married.

Bro, don’t worry. He’s trying to look unbiased on the record.

Did they not mention why the sec is ignoring other schools like Texas having players coming back? If declaring to go pro is what ends your career then great but other schools it’s ok?

Only heard texas mentioned once and it was very quick. For some reason they never brought that up

Exactly. Not sure if the judge was trying to make that distinction clear or what but hopefully he's aware that they didn't leave voluntarily

They lsu players receive a 1099 for NIL and a W2 for revenue sharing. The W2 make them an employee and they can unionize

There are several things in front of the court, the soccer and softball players just want the 5th yr injunction, entirely different for the nfl players

under Sankey's definition of 'if you move on, you're gone,' that would have been exhibit A through Z as to how the SEC has selectively enforced these rules

That comes off as jealousy. You wouldn’t live in Alabama would you?
