That would be double what we do now, Gasso makes 2 mil, their 2 main asst coaches 350k, would that be ok here? You do realize LSU is mid in budget in the SEC? TT has 3.5 million in their roster, give Beth 3.5 and what do you think would happen?

So those schools have better football programs than LSU? A program isn’t one year, you understand that correct ? By your definition if Miss St beats Oklahoma this yr they would have better program in softball than OU correct? Long Beach St beat OU in softball this yr, they have a better softball program right ?

The facilities are middle of the pack SEC facilities , her salary is middle of the pack of the SEC! Most ppl don’t keep up with the times in softball but ppl have caught up with funding and facilities. You mentioned Arkansas she has been at Arkansas 3 yrs less than Beth at LSU yet no WS, is that ok? If Beth didn’t make it to the WS in 11 yrs would that have been ok?

Lance has been to 3 places since he left LSU, you think he is the same coach today than he was yrs ago? Come on man. You want to fire Beth ok that’s 500k for 2 yrs, then Neal’s contract would be 185k, now you need to hire another elite coach..that’s 750k for 5 yrs so the 1st 2 would be 1.25 million and then assistants would be 200k plus. If you tell me we gonna get Mike White, Tim Walton, Murphy I’m all for it but they ain’t coming so who do you want hired ? Name some names

I’m saying I don’t want to pay 1.2 million in buyouts, so hire a pitching coach and allow BT to manage the team. As far as assistants some things are better than they were. Do you want to pay 1.2 million in buyouts or give that money to Jay for baseball? I’m not saying Briski is great the SEC coaches voted her the best in the conference. Are you saying she isn’t good ?
