I agree...I don't see what some people's big obsession with him is. When he co-hosts shows, they make it out to be like it is some special treat that he stops by for an hour. I am not really sure what he brings to the table. Maybe it is his delivery that gets me.

Well he brings knowledge about lsu basketball and baseball that regular hosts seem to lack. But he doesnt have a big personality. But i like him, but get why others dont

And one radio guy regurgitating another radio guy's bullshite doesn't make any more truthful.
Jordy likely heard a snippet of a rumor and extrapolated it into a full-blown story where he filled in the blanks himself.
Probably something along the lines of, Bo wouldn't come down for an interview unless a potential contract was agreed upon in advance. He comes down, they interview him, he's hired at the previously agreed upon contract.
A bastardized telling of that story could conclude that he was hired without an interview.
I still don't think this had anything to do with Jordy being fired, though.

If they fired him, then they made a huge mistake. He was one of the best personalities and analysts there and by far the best interviewer. He was the perfect balance of entertaining and serious. Probably my personal number 2 behind Jacob Hester. Him and T-Bob were an almost perfect morning team.
