Wild for the owner to say existing staff hit the proverbial wall, then hire from within

There are plenty cases of bad management holding back progression of middle management level employees, could be the case here, though I did not follow McDermott or the Bills very closely to know. But to hire from within you better hit right and not do like the Saints did with Dennis Allen.....

Next it'll be his turn to take the blame for Josh Allen always falling in clutch moments and turning the ball over so much.

Good luck.

If he’s the first HC to win the Bills a SB, that’ll just be another GOAT feather in 2019’s cap.

I think they just decided something had to change.

Now they have to figure out a way to be in a better position. They need to hire a top DC.

I’m not convinced they will end up in a better place than they were.
The problem is Josh Allen. A lot of people don't want to admit it. He's been in a great situation and just keeps messing up.

Does Ryan Clark even want to be an NFL head coach?

Fire guy cause he can’t win SB with Allen and then hire OC. Makes sense.

The offense scored 30 points but turned the ball over 5 times. That’s not Brady’s fault.

The reigning MVP who outside of the last game vs Denver has been about as good as it gets in the playoffs is the problem?

How about the defense getting a stop when it matters once or twice.

Good Luck Joe.
It will be interesting to see how he handles this. They have had a great offense these past few seasons and he has really been a good OC for Josh Allen. I hope Josh Allen can get over the hump. This was the year and he has always had Mahomes in the way. But he blew it.

I think this was done to make sure the offense didn't change and to at least keep that consistent. If they brought in another coach, they might bring in another OC. So the move makes sense in that regard. They need to get a solid DC.

Dey want to keep Da Joe Brady Offense

Surprised they didn’t hire Steve Ensminga because the 2019 offense was all him according to retard Ed Orgeron. And now O is unemployed getting taken to the cleaners by his wife and Joe Brady is the HC of the Bills karma is a bitch

The Ed Orgeron coaching tree just had two big hires of Joe Brady and Daronte Jones.

Let's Geaux. What a historic rise to become a Head Coach. Now let's see if he can get Josh over the hump and win a Championship.
