Right?!?
Their business would fail.
But, what’s most discouraging, is Alleva hired that way.
People don’t get we’re just interested in the business (program) succeeding.

His success at FSU was comparable to Miles at LSU.
Is he a bit of a douche like Saban? Absolutely.
Is he happy with the resources at A&M? Yep. 75 million of them.
Jimbo may tear it up at A&M, but he better win early and often because he was paid for instant and sustainable elite production. A&M will turn on him quick if they don't get the bang for the buck.
That being said, if he does make A&M a regular contender he is worth every dime.

don't ever see that happening at aTm, their boosters are 100x the meddlers that ours are

We gave him a raise after the 2003 season
Because he did something
I cant Remember what but it was worth a raise

Their tenures are almost exactly the same. Both had 2-3 year spurts where they had NFL players at almost every position on both sides of the ball, and turned that into conference championships and NC wins/playoff appearances. Outside of those runs, the rest of the seasons were 3+ losses, with Jimbo having an extra win each year due to the absolute shitty bottom of the ACC. Jimbo never won the ACC without Jameis, and only won the division once without him as well.

"I never had any intentions of leaving Florida State," Fisher said. "After (A&M athletic director Scott Woodward) contacted me, and I saw his vision and researched the resources at A&M, it was a no-brainer. There was an opportunity and a challenge here that I just couldn’t pass up."
I believe that these are two completely different situations. LSU bought into Saban/Emmert's vision for LSU football/athletics. They went all in. Gave Saban whatever he wanted. Saban eventually wanted the NFL. To my knowledge Fisher didn't want the NFL and didn't have that lingering over his head. Maybe I was under a rock or something. I just don't remember it.
But Fisher had known grievances with the FSU administration over resources, and upgrades to facilities. They had to keep pace with the rest of the country in regards to facilities for athletes. FSU wasn't buying in, or they were coming really cheap. So it was a no brainer, after all that friction, that he would go to aTm, especially after the tens of millions they are going all in on stadium upgrades and facilities. What coach wouldn't go for that?

so far his success has come thru Winston.
So was Sumlin w/ Manziel and Chizik w/ Cam. Living proof that a dynamic QB can make a coach in college football.

Again, the pathetic losers in our fanbase that try to knock a coach with the resume of Jimbo Fisher, or Les Miles for that matter, while at the same time trying to build up Ed fricking Orgeron are what makes this fanbase comic relief for the whole country to see
This needs to be repeated.

Get fricked. We’re a better program than this.
It has to happen.
The man is about as negligent and dysfunctional as it gets.
Scary thought as to the "Process" in place that's keeping him employed at LSU.

Take away his two years with Winston and his record wasn’t much better
than Sumlin in a much weaker conference.

This is true. While the focus of LSU's success in the early 2000s is on Saban, people forget about the administrative process the allowed for that success. Unfortunately, we now have Alleva, an inept overall administration, and some low I.Q. backwoods baws that are cheering for one of their own. We're a joke right now.

Jimbo is no Saban. That must be a joke. Jimbo will get run out of town when they start losing. And that won't take long.

Yep. I can’t wait to see that fan base turn against him after he loses to Clemson, Auburn, LSU, and Alabama this year

Yeah keep thinking that.
This year will be closer than you think. We keep Orgeron, they'll beat us next year.
