Chris Hilton, Karen Lacy, Aaron Anderson and Jelani Watkins all on the field at once is bad for defenses

Trindon’s career best was 6.54.

Richard Thompson’s LSU record is 6.51.

With physical maturity and college training, Watkins may get close to them.

In other words he is fast fast.

Can all of them catch passes when they are wide open let alone with tight coverage and a DB in their face?

From what I remember his PB is 6.67

He'll be faster than Holiday if all goes right.

Hopefully Sloan and hankton are coming up with creative ways to get the ball to all of our playmakers next year.

You have to get him on the field this year in some capacity,,speed kills defenses.

You misremembered. It was 6.54.

It is so hard to compare track times between generations. Technology - especially with the track and clothing - has changed dramatically over the last 50 years. It is apparent that some of the lower times are directly related to those changes.

If you were alive during the ‘80’s even, you may have run on grass tracks much less the harder concrete like surfaces that were used for many years.

It was just different even between now and when Holliday ran.

.05 is a chasm at that distance.

Video link on here a day or two ago with Dakorien Moore and Caden Durham winning the 4x 100 relay and referenced that they were the fastest HS relay team in the country. Moore ran 2nd leg with Durham on the anchor leg

Haha found it! You posted it!

Unfortunately you don’t see as many guys doing football/track for more than 2 years. Achane did it at A&M and it benefitted both teams greatly.

That 60m speed is extremely impressive considering 6.62s just won at Arkansas this weekend. I really hope he does track for more than one season.

Jackson is a better comparison than Trindon. Both are lightning fast, but Trindon was one of the fastest ever.
