I can’t recall any LSU QB that could run like him, not even JJ.

Do y’all agree?

He is easily the best runner. The wet field did not slow him down at all. He has 11 rushing TDs in 11 games and is destroying the single-season QB rushing record for LSU.

He needs to perfect the art of sliding though. He looks like he is going to tear something every time he goes down.

I’ll have to go back and watch some video to see if I agree.

Yep - Smoothest

Absolutely, and he seems to hit another gear when he gets past that first defender whether it be around the corner or through the crowd. His ability to accelerate and finish is going to continue to set LSU up to win FB games.

90% of the OFF personnel on the field last night will be back next season. They are only going to get better.

He glides. Like a thoroughbred at the Kentucky Derby. It looks effortless. Why can't I do that?

I was saying the same thing last night. It’s so effortless!

Daniels is SPECIAL running with the football. Been saying it all year. He is Micheal Vick special running the ball.

yep - that is amazing

I recall back in '58, Cannon said he regrets = "never having turned the corner"

I saw all his home games, and don't recall that we ran many sweeps

His head doesn't move at all when he's running - it's crazy to watch once you notice it

The announcers have said it all year, but he’s so deceptively fast and just glides. That next gear as he turns the corner is special and not something you see everyday

He’s quick. He sees an opening, tucks, and takes off.

Reading this thread was trying to come up with someone I thought similar.

Deon Sanders.
