He sounds like he coaches a 12 year old girls softball team with this cutesy BS.
You are coaching men.
Act like it.
Hopefully next year along with a better team, he puts this terminology to bed. It’s the gayest thing I’ve ever heard a coach say and it’s doubly worse when you are 9-18 in the conference

It’s alright to acknowledge a big contributor but it’s really gay how LSU forces and sponsors everything.
