So there's no one here that think he has a point? Alcindor's teams won three NCs, and he did it without having two other potential NBA lottery picks (Roberts and Jackson) on the same team.

Watch Kareem’s film vs Shaq’s and you’ll see Bilas has no argument. Kareem basically set up in one spot and was just vertically superior to his opponents, Shaq could do things no other big man could do and still can’t. Toe to toe Shaq would eat him alive.

Dude Shack could not touch Kareem jock strap, Jabbar was the greatest collage basketball center of all time and no one in second place.
Shaq could not even make a free throw in collage or the NBA. Three national championships for Kareem . The Jabbar sky hook will never be duplicated.

Personally, I would have taken Robinson in college over both of them in college. I saw all of them play. If you remember Laetner gave Shaq fits the first match-up with his outside game. Robinson was more skilled in college.

I watched some of their lead in.. I never understood how a “win” happened other than popularity. If it was supposed to be confined to college play What?
IMO Shaq in his prime would have dominated Kareem in his prime. Just opinion. Ranking Shaq as an 8 seed was ridiculous.
Ranking women players in the 64 was also very confusing. In the overall scheme of things Russell and Chamberlin and Oscar and Magic And Shaq beat all of them
