I think he goes top 5 easy. Definitely could go one if Trevor Lawrence doesn’t have a great year. Wide receivers are rarely drafted that high but the dude really has it all. He is physical, great hands, superb route running, can go up and get the ball and has “take it to the house” potential any time he touches it. This year’s wide receiver class is the best I can remember and Chase would still be the first receiver off the board if eligible. Unbelievable we have the Biletnikoff winner returning, super fortunate to be able to see him play another year for LSU.

He will be drafted in the 7-12 range. Next year’s class is similarly stacked to this years class

no receiver is worth the top 5. if a top 5 team wanted him, they'd trade down and pick up another pick later in the draft

So would a guy that has a Michael Thomas like impact on his team not be worth a top 5 pick?

He should be the #1 WR off the board. But there’s a lot of football to be played before then.

tough to say with receivers. with how loaded the WR class is this year, there may be much fewer teams with a need for WR next year, but there are always a couple teams with an early pick that just need explosiveness on offense, so he'll very likely be a top 16 pick I would think

ETA: Just realized you said this:

Definitely could go one

And absolutely not

Also, I'd look for Rondale Moore to have a good year at Purdue. He's one of the better athletes in college football, but was sidelined in 2019 for an injury. If he can prove to be fully healthy in 2020, he'll give Ja'Marr some competition for sure.

If he is even close to another year like 2019 he is a top 5-7 pick IMO, maybe higher. Its a downfield passing league and he has been one of the best at the 50/50 ball in a long time.

Idk 4-5 teams will have 1st round QBs this year

And the next thing you do when you draft a QB is draft WR and OL.

That all kinda depends on Brennan’s production, don’t ya think?

Not really, the NFL drafts off of what you can do for them, if Brennan is not getting the job done and his stats drop off as a result.. the scouts will see that

Why do you people have to do this all the time? Practice is not even close to starting for his Junior year, and you're already worried about where he'll be drafted.

I wish the NFL would die for about 3 years so we could watch guys play 100% for the sake of playing the college game.

I’m definitely not worried lol. Just a topic of discussion, there are no active sports to talk about right now. What’s wrong with speculating where a guy will get drafted? I follow college football and the NFL, it’s interesting.

LOL no wr is going number 1 in the draft. But Chase should definitely be the first receiver off the board he’s top 5-10 for sure

Keyshawn says hi...but seriously, 3 ish WR’s to go #1 in about 50 years isn’t a good sign...but Chase is a beast, I see him top 10 for sure

Are you implying this doesn't happen already? Did LSU win the natty playing at 80% all of last year?

Whoever makes the walter football might be the biggest idiot in sports. This is the same site that had jatarvious whitlow from Auburn (Now in transfer portal) going second overall at one point. They also have about 5 Bama guys in the top 15 and 2 barely even played this year.
