If there are allegations against you, talking to the police about it is a bad idea, especially without a lawyer. You can't help yourself by talking, and could very easily hurt your case, even if you don't mean to. Mills had no obligation to go to the meeting, and was right not to.

frick dude shut up! HE consulted with people by then and they told him not to show up. THey either had enough and were just prodding for more or they didn't have shite and would have to go forward with a weak case.....which they did, probably full well knowing it won't stick or get an indictment. But they have to do something to show women on campus they are protecting them...fricking think about the totality of this and quit hemorrhaging over him not showing, it was the smartest thing he did during all of this. And yes, I would imagine behind the scenes somewhere there was an extremely private meeting between him and some high powered alumnus attorney who advised him how to proceed up to an arrest.....they got this!

No news source so far is reporting the rumors about his girlfriend or any other rumors. They are all reporting hard news that he was arrested and is in rather serious trouble.
Then it must be true!
You dipshite

No he isn't. He was going to be the starter at FS because of a need there, but White and Robinson are both better CBs. Robinson is, by far, the most talented of our DBs.
I think Robinson has more potential and will be a better player one day. But that day did not come last season. There's more to playing DB than playing man coverage. Mills is by far the most underrated player on our team.

Some of you people don't want discussion, you want to be right. Express an opinion that disagrees with your opinion and you start calling names, usually laced with obscenities. Congratulations, you represent our university well.
I will argue with available facts, not with rumors. With that said, I sure hope some of you are correct and this young man gets out of trouble because he didn't do anything wrong.

Here's a fact for you bub... Jae's decision to not meet with the police at their discretion was not a decision made by him alone.. He was not 'ducking' or hiding from the police.. That was a calculated decision made by people who knew wtf would be in his best interest.... Not some idiot with the privilege of playing Monday morning legal QB on a message board (who clearly don't know WTF they are talking about)...
Get your fact straight... Don't be so opinionated without first being informed
I'm done

Of course his attorney is going to say that. If he did strike her he needs to be kicked off the team. Plain and simple. That's just unacceptable behavior. Hill getting a little drunk last year and sucker punching a dude who was probably instigating a fight is totally different than hitting a defenseless female knocking her out.
If he's innocent then it will be sorted out quickly.

F there are only two people involved, how can what really happened by ascertained by the police or anyone else for that matter?
In a court of law, there only needs to be one witness. Even if that witness is the victim.

Would be pretty hard to remove the beyond reasonable doubt past

I mean shite man, I said it way earlier today that he isn't the type of person to do something like this, but people here fly off the handle and assume the worst... People were calling this dude a thug POS and a savage when he's one of the most quiet, humble people I know...
If some of y'all only knew.....
