Well I'm not Jalen Mills so I don't know why he didn't. If his lawyer wasn't going to be there then it was smart to skip out. Innocent or guilty I would refuse to speak to the cops without having my lawyer present. It is foolish to speak without a lawyer.

What really stinks for Mills is even if his side of the story is what really happened and the charges are dropped, his reputation still takes a hit from all the retards calling him a thug and a piece of shite without even hearing his side of the story and letting the justice system do its job.

If that's the case there should be witnesses, right? Seems odd that the girl would do all that if there were witnesses to negate her story.

people make up lies all the time when they get upset. I haven't looked to see what time this claimed to have gone down but if its late at night then its likely no other witnesses would have seen it.

That's what I mean. He's already been charged, convicted, and sentenced by the rantards. There's no going back. No matter what he accomplishes in his career, they will still have malice towards him.
