that’s a high tier Big 12 WR

And they draft those. doesn’t mean they always work out.

I remember when he left most of the posters were saying he wasn't SEC material....lol.
He literally never proved that to be not true so what’s your point here! He left LSU and avoided the whole damn conference . Im pretty sure there was an SEC team or two that wanted him when he decided to transfer but hey

You’re a fricking idiot if you think a 2nd round NFL draft pick isn’t good enough to play in the SEC. Show yourself out now.

Member when all the clowns on here said he wasn’t good enough for the SEC? Now he’s a 2nd round draft pick and will be playing on Sundays.

And no you’re not welcome to discuss whether or not an NFL player is good enough to play in the SEC. That’s not up for debate, and you’re a fricking idiot if you don’t think a 2nd round NFL draft pick can compete in the SEC.

It’s just a bad decision by Brian Kelly to not use him appropriately. He could have done great things the last two years.

The adage, Its better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than add an opinion and prove it, has never been more appropriate.

Why, if that is your opinion, do you criticize him for leaving LSU. You don't believe he could help us win. He opened up another scholarship, for a bench warmer.

If you are drafted inside of 3 rounds you are making the roster if healthy and you stay out of trouble. When they draft you that high they will give you more of a chance as they have more invested in you. Bech will get his opportunity, he works hard and seems to have a good head on his shoulders. 2nd rounder? Maybe not in any other year, but this year he was and should get his shot.

With a ton of stuff going on, he gave this old geezer an interview shortly after getting the call.

That allowed me to go ahead and get home at an early hour.

Much appreciated!

Hey! His Dad played for LSU. He probably didn't want to play against LSU.
Probably still a fan despite the idiocy.

So everyone who leaves for the NFL early or transfers to another program is a "quitter on us?"

At his draft party he was sitting at a table with a TCU helmet and a LSU helmet next to him.
He made the best decision at the time for his career and his future, that shouldn’t be held against him.
The entire Bech family including Jack are LSU through and through.

It’s funny when guys actually quit on us they’re defended and called hero’s but when they’re a certain type who are processed they’re quitters. The Rant hypocrisy is never ending

This was dumb. He's NFL caliber but not SEC caliber? I'd enjoy that explanation.

He couldn't even outplay Lacy or Jenkins.

Who else did you want him to take snaps from? Thomas? Nabers? Boutte?

He wasn't good enough that season so he transferred.

And another terrible take by you

Bech wasnt, but Tre Harris was? Ya know Harris? Played for Ole Miss. First team all SEC. Drafted #55, with Bech being #58
