2020 was pretty bad and possibly worse from a general miserable experience standpoint-cliche’ as it might be to say. Win a football Natty in January to start it off with a bang. Will Wade has probably his best team in his first tenure here rolling towards the tournament, baseball is off to an exciting start- then boom COVID. We deal with a promising seasons being cut short along with all the pandemic shite. Enter football season and an avenue for us to get a little closure from what could have been with spring sports as well a half arse sense of normalcy combined with the excitement of a football season following a NC and then

Record wise across the big 3 sports it’s the worst since 1983. Our best achievement of the year in the big 3 sports was losing to Houston in a terrible bowl game.

In 1999 the football team went 3-8-1. Women’s basketball finished 22-8 and ranked no. 21. Men’s basketball went 12-15 (4-8). Baseball went 41–24–1 (18-11) lost to Bama in Super Regions pretty badly, and finished no. 14.

Definitely. Add in the fact that Saints are bad, Pelicans are bad, Mavericks are bad (LA born, live in Dallas), Cowboys are bad, Rangers are bad, and Stars choked in the first round of the playoffs, and I'd say this sports season sucks all around.

Don’t think that hits this year’s abomination of a year of sports at LSU. Unranked football with not shot at anything, baseball walking their way to not being in the tournament at all, men’s basketball worst in league winning what 2 or 3 games total? We should bring back wrestling or be the only SEC team with a hockey team..conference champs every year (kidding of course )
