Congrats on having your own twitter account. I didn't think Gumps were smart enough to figure those out, unless of course your sister-wife created it for you.

Sounds crazy but with the precedents set with covid last year, would it be impossible for LSU to say "in the interest of player safety, we don't have enough players to safely play the game"???

LSU has more than enough players to play a game. The things that y'all run with are absolutely ridiculous.

Bama would have no chance. I’d run for 100+ easy

The SEC (Sankey) has already said schools who can't or won't play a game because of COVID will forfeit that game. So, just like any other game during any other season, if LSU doesn't field a team for whatever reason then it will forfeit the game. As others ITT have said, Alabama could beat LSU 100-0 and it wouldn't be as embarrassing as a forfeit.

I'd rather lose 100-0 than forfeit a game.

Rubbish. We're not only going to play the game, we're going to compete, as well.

Alabama isn't the bashi-bazouk they've been in the days of yore. People tend to conveniently forget that Tennessee (not a great football team) had the Tide engaged in a real football game, down only 24-31 in the 4th quarter, before the roof caved in.

I think LSU-Bama next Saturday will be more competitive than last year's game, and probably similar to the Tennessee-Bama game this past wknd. Any notion that LSU will chicken out and not play the game is simply nuts.

Have no idea why you would feel this way. Possibly, we'll put up a bit of a fight for a half. But by the 2nd half, we'll be done and Saban will have a choice to put the hammer down, or take his foot off the gas. And after RTWFU, I know what I'm betting on.

You're comparing LSU, a team that is falling apart with a lame duck coach that most of the players do not like, to Tennessee, who are hungry and trying to rebuild. Tough to compare the 2, IMO.

I downloaded my tickets yesterday. Have LSU mail me one of those "SEC Graduate" patches and I'll put it on an old white jersey and where it to the game "just in case" we get down to 14 players or so.

LSU has an average about at best……the offense will not hold up their end leaving the defense on the field too long…..LSU will get beat very badly.
