Is it bad that I have a LSU Cecil Collins autographed mini helmet?

I know he was a piece of shite for what he did when he was younger but he got his life together now. In the few games he did play, he was our best running back and I wish we got to see what he could do if he wasn’t a frick up. Some people say it’s cool that I have it and others told me to throw it in the trash.

Was he watching you sleep when he signed it? If not, you're good.

It’s pretty rad if you’re down with rape.

It was signed while he was recovering from his torn acl in 1997.

I’m jealous of how funny some of y’all are. Wish I would have come up with that one.

Watched him against Auburn in 97, he was unstoppable. We still lost at the end by a late TD

Not a problem at all. How many people would love to have a USC helmet signed by O.J. Simpson?

Keep it. Cannon was a felon but I wouldn't discard his memorabilia. Both reformed themselves later in life. I'm not a huge fan of erecting statues and enshrining those with such checkered pasts but I'd keep a mini helmet although I wouldn't put it on my desk at work.

Keep it the Diesel should have and could have been a Heisman candidate if he had played for two or three years without the off the field issues.

I have his rookie card, but I try to buy any LSU players cards.

After seeing how great he was I thought he would be the best back ever at LSU or even the SEC, he was that good. I hate that his life turned out the way it did but some people just can't get it all together mentally.

Still convinced to this day had he had his act together he would have won the Heisman...

As long as you don’t bring it with you when you’re peeking in windows it shouldn’t be a problem.

Cecil was a beast! Billy Cannon & Jimmy Taylor are as great as any RB in college football !

I thought he broke his ankle against Vanderbilt?

He actually broke his leg against Vanderbilt. He never tore his ACL while at LSU.
