No it's not. They were only reviewing the game clock to make sure the tip in was in time.

It looked like the ball was moving away from the basket when tipped. Not sure the exact goaltending rules.

cant review goaltending. all they could review was whether the shot was before time ran out. looked like goaltending to me but oh well. ill take the friggin call in Rupp baby!! Geaux Tighas!

In international rules it might have been (cylinder is infinite) but wasn't even close by college rules.

It’s not goaltending on offense. It’s basket interference....not reviewable. Finally a BS rule in favor of the Tigers

That used to be called an automatic goal tending when a players hand goes through the net. I don’t know if that is still a rule or not
