Kiffin has done far more to build his team at Ole Miss than Kelly has at LSU, and that’s with far fewer resources.

First off, we aren’t hiring kiffin even if Bk fell over dead tomorrow. Second off, there’s a reason he hasn’t been plucked from Oxford yet. Lane is an extremely talented offensive mind but he hasn’t shown he can win the big game either. Even when he’s had teams that appeared to have a chance against the Bama’s of the world, he has gotten smashed more often than not.

Guess who else has never won a big game in FBS football? Lane Kiffin.
The obsession that some of you have with Kiffin is downright embarrassing. You’re probably the same people who were creaming your pants at the thought of hiring Jimbo a few year ago. Jimbo was very overrated because of Jameis Winston’s success in 2013 and 2014. I knew that back in 2016, but most of you guys on here couldn’t figure it out.
Kiffin would be just as bad of a hire as Jimbo.

There is zero proof that Kiffin can run a consistently successful program. He has lost 3 or more games in 9 of his 12 seasons as a college HC.

He’s lost 5 of his last 6 against ranked opponents. Overall he’s 3-6 against ranked opponents with those wins coming against Alabama and Ole Miss in 22 and Mizzou in 23. He needs to win more big games but that’s not who he is. He’s never won big games consistently that’s who he is.

It’s College Football no buyout is too big. Look at A&M. If boosters get tired of it enough they will get the money together. Don’t underestimate a bunch of pissed off old guys with f-you money.

Kiffin is something like 6-7 vs ranked opponents with two of those wins coming vs Indiana and Tulane.
I think Kiffin is a good coach for sure but I'm not seeing where he's drastically better than Kelly.

Yeah I’m not sure the answer is Kiffin but I’m certain Kelly isn’t the answer. LSU should be in the playoffs every year consistently, but with Kelly I have no confidence in us being consistently in the playoffs.
