The old alex box area is being taken care of along with the married student housing but I hope they go the extra mile to make it top notch.
I was in St Louis this past week and went to a cardinals game. They just constructed a "Ball Park Village" right beside their stadium and it's absolutely phenomenal. Would be a hit at LSU. There's a huge common area with a projector, a restaurant, bar/pub, hall of fame/museum, & they have a media room where they shoot their pre-game show. Would be cool to see LSU be the leader in bringing something similar to the collegiate level

I would put an end to nepotism in the workplace.

1. Make fake Indian Mounds for kids to slide down.
2. Name them Skip Bertman Stadium, field, and parking lot.
3. Consult the Rant elitists for ideas.
4. Profit

you were the LSU AD
I would insure we don't field a ball going foul. I would do this by having the players look at me, the AD, and I would instruct them. You cant trust a coach to do that, even though he is 40 feet away in a perfect vantage point.
Also, I would fire each coach for each sport at least once a year. Recognizing our overwhelmingly, other worldly, and limitless talent advantages.
Oh, and I would go to practice and tell our QBs to throw completions, and also our hitters to hit line drives. Line drives.

How are we going to put butts in all of those empty seats we saw during last year's home Football home games?

Adding additional sports mite now work too well when the Big 5 conferences ok paying their athletes the cost of attendance monies. Add rugby, you have to pay those athletes, too.Skip dropped the Winn Dixie Challenge when tulane started demanding an equal split of the total revenue, despite LSU games bringing in over 80% of the crowds.Too, it was costing LSU a 3 game home game series, i.e. money.Improving game day traffic & social media access in Tiger Stadium should be a main focus, as from what my son says, all the coeds bitch about being shut down for 3-4 hrs due to poor/non existent reception. Have a pair of balls & be the first SEC school to allow beer sales in the facilities & then use those new funds to improve each sport's venues.

That's not how this works.

I would tell him to request new fans cause we have to many dumbasses been all around the country and think Bama may be the only place that has more stupid fans

Sue Clems-son for using the term "Death Valley".
Keep all the coaches and do not change them, they are all perfect and we should be grateful for what we have. (Lot's of 'we almost won's').

Just curious,
When you and several of you have said you aren't a fan of the west endzone expansion, what do you not like about it? Amount of club seating? You want more of a bowl shape?
Not criticizing, just wondering. I think it is a decent upgrade. I would have preferred more poor folk seating, but I'll take it.

1. Id fire Joe in whatever position he was demoted to.
2. Go back to the mid 2000s pre Alleva traffic plan. You know the one with contraflow to highland and specific lanes for parking pass and non parking pass. It worked. Wow didnt need to pay a consulting firm for that one.
3. Cut down on the piped in music.
4. Tell Mainieri hes on the hot seat.
5. Tell compliance to back off and tell the coaches that my head is turned.
ETA: Tell Slive and TAMU to go screw themselves we arent playing on thanksgiving day.

Figure out a way to register which ticket holders are selling their tickets and also which ones leave early. After you are caught for the 3rd time doing either of those things you are forced to return your season tickets and get to the back of the line. I would also like to see our AD grow a sack and demand at least 5 night games a year, if ESPN or CBS balk, do it anyway. Eventually the networks will cave.

Will this question be asked during the Miss USA pageant?
If so...

You really believe this? How much have his "demands" netted us to date? Alleva is one of 14 AD's. The other 13 and Slive will always act in their own interests or the interests of the bottom line. No one gives a flying frick about our night games. If anything they don't want us to have night games.

So you demand less exposure? Different approach for certain

I'm not a fan of the exterior of the west expansion including those pre-fab columns. The inside looks great imo
