Officially retire Wally's number at Alex Box Stadium.
Bring back the Winn Dixie Showdown with ULL, Fla State and Texas.
Give the East side of Tiger Stadium a facelift. It looks like shite when seen on College Gameday and just walking towards it.
Update the PMAC,
I realize college football is $$$ driven, but I would get rid of most advertising inside the stadiums.

I would like to see ""A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD""
Meaning that if I were Mr. Joe Alleva, I would have a AD meeting with all AD's and insist that all SEC referee's cannot come from ALABAMA.
The "home cooking" that goes on in Alabama is not fair to the entire SEC teams.

Don't the AD's vote on this? We have a large voice, but we aren't the University of Texas. If the majority of AD's don't want it, then it is not going to happen.
Believe me, I am crying myself to sleep knowing LSU won't be going back to Athens until like 2023.
Plus, LSU-Florida is huge for ratings, which is what Mike Slive gets off to these days

The SEC football schedule was made by an ALABAMA Alum. (((for Alabama)))
Alabama has had NO holding penalties if football for years..check it out...or a least till the game is well in hand

Do something about the pitiful fan experience inside tiger stadium aside from the game.
- live cut ins to other games during long tv timeouts
- better wi-if access in the stadium
- better concession options
- renovate the bathrooms, have paper towels available past the first quarter
- more updates from other games going on

Dale Brown Court, Beer in Stadiums (would get fans in earlier and keep 'em longer), Unsold tix to underprivileged, ditto big block LSU in end zones, ban from all Tiger Events anyone who uses this emoticon...
