Assume JJ and the hitting coach have a sit down with him this morning. What do you say? What extra can you do to help between now and 6?
Watch more tape, extra BP, tee, grounders? Bring in a hypnotist? He's a kid, you know his mind is shot and he's playing on his heels.

Right now the kid needs confidence. Jay prolly has a pointer or two from his at bats or plays defensively but really its about building up his confidence.

Na, 8 hole is your worst hitter. 9 hole we want on base for top of line up. So usually an avg hitter.
