are they seriously considering playing again? A&M has to run back to their other big brother to escape their traditional end of season arse kickings from us?

Interesting.

Spoiler Alert: A&M and Texas won't play each other in football again.

The Texas AD has said publicly the A&M series will resume, the only question is when.

Doesn't bug me if A&M goes back to getting their arse kicked by Texas annually again instead of us; I never got into the LSU/A&M rivalry thing

We'd just flip Ar-Kansas back to Thanksgiving weekend. What's wrong with doing that???

Good. Playing on Thanksgiving is the dumbest shite ever.

I disagree. I like it, but it just so happens to workout for me. I can see where it could be an inconvenience though, obviously.

would like that weekend to be a Tulane game...on Saturday...in the Superdome.

That's Bayou Classic Weekend. Just have the LSU-Tulane game in Tiger Statium every year.

Texas vs aTm is about to start taking place every thanksgiving week.

Not sure how I feel about this - better than TCU

We shite our own bed.

I would be good with a Texas / LSU thanksgiving week game

LSU would be without a conference opponent on the final weekend.

Who cares. We can play Troy. I hope Texas takes their little brother Aggies back to the Big 12 with them too.

It was that way for 30 years.

A home and Home is actually not a bad idea. Tulane’s new stadium on their campus is pretty nice. It’s got this cool neighborhood on campus vibe to it. Could help recruiting by having their stadium 80% LSU every other year. Nola kids definitely like the idea of playing at home twice in their career

As far as I'm concerned they're all our rivals and they can all get fricked.

They are, especially going off the actual definition of a rival.

There’s some rivalries that the whole nation has their eyes on. The two that come to mind are “The Game” and “The Iron Bowl”

Why can’t A&M and TX just play another weekend out of the year?

would defeat the purpose of the renewal IMO. It is a tradition and you know the Aggies and their traditions.

I would love for them to renew because I loved the Arky series that weekend even tolerated Little Rock.
