If Daniels leaves and Nuss becomes the starter, I know one thing for sure.

What’s crazy is people don’t understand that a Georgia team spent weeks prepping for Daniel’s who’s a mobile read option qb. He gets hurt and in comes a pocket passer with a rocket arm. Backups come in all the time in blowout duty snd perform well. Nuss played well. But he’s shown absolutely nothing to prove that he should start over Daniels. If Daniels returns i suspect it to be a competition but Nuss still won’t beat him out.

Nuss played against starters
It doesn’t matter what their scheme was. Georgias defense is georgias defense.
Nuss carved them up.
They had to respect the pass.
And the run game magically opened up.
With JD5 the defense literally plays within a rectangle the width of the field and 20 yards deep. That’s it.

Or JD leaves Nuss becomes the starter and then goes pro. 2024 Howard starts as a redshirt sophomore just like Nuss.
