Brown is one of the if not the cheapest, worst owners in the NFL. Bengals have maybe the worst facilities in the league. And are cheap.

The good thing is that the Bengals don't necessarily have to get help with the draft, which, as we all know can be a crapshoot. Gronkowski has already stated that if he could play with anybody, it would be Joe Burrow. There are probably good (or very good) veterans who are free agents that will take a little bit less money to play with BDJ just to have a chance at a title. OBJ is a good example: I don't know how much $ he's making, but he picked the Rams b/c he's already made his $, he's just looking for a team that he can win with.
